If you are using Netscape 4.x you will experience problems with this website. This is because CSS support is broken in that browser, i.e. the browser is at fault - not the HTML in this site which is valid. It should display fine in Netscape 3 and Netscape 6.x (or Mozilla) and newer versions of Opera or IE.
